- Building a cohort that supports arts employment with sustainable wages, health benefits, advancement opportunities, and entrepreneurship.
- Creating pathways for long-term economic transformation in the High Desert.
- Fostering close, trusting relationships that support everyone in the High Desert community, regardless of gender, race, or age.
